Waiver & Rules

Signatures will be required before boarding the boat.

• ​No pets.

• 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 10 days prior to charter. 

• Fuel is included for day charters at idle speed (5 knots) around local areas.

• The guests supply food and alcohol.

• Capacity limit is twelve persons. The capacity limit is non-negotiable; please do not bring extra guests.

• Children under 16 are required to wear life jackets at all times.

• Young children must be under adult supervision at all times.

• BBQ: The use of the BBQ is available supervised by one of our crew for free while Anchored or Docked. Please speak to our reservation team for more details. 

• All vessels come with life jackets and emergency first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.

• Shoes are not permitted inside the sitting and eating area (indoors).

• We have a Zero Tolerance policy for illegal substances. Smoking is permitted on the aft deck (outside).

• Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur. 

• The charter is accompanied by a captain & a Deck/Stew.

• Cruises are subject to captain availability.

• Cancellation within 10 days of charter for full refund. After 10 days, no refund. 

• Cancellation due to weather will be a full refund or rescheduled to a date of your choice within the season. We do not cancel for rain. We do cancel for high winds and/or lightning. 

• Guests are expected to be respectful to captain, crew, the Boathouse Restaurant staff and each other. 

• All guests are required to sign liability waivers before or at time of boarding.

• Range is not available for use by guests.

• The group must comply with the captain's instructions and the yacht rules. If the group does not comply with the Captain, he has the right to terminate the trip immediately and no refund will be issued.
